Managing Sales Funnels

Sales funnels are essential components in guiding your customers through the buying process and ultimately driving sales. SellKit provides a robust interface for creating and managing these funnels. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of managing your sales funnels using SellKit.

Accessing Your Sales Funnels

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. On the left-hand side menu, navigate to SellKit.
  3. Under SellKit, click on Funnels. Here, you'll be able to view all your existing funnels.

Viewing Existing Funnels

Upon accessing the Funnels page, you will see a list of your current funnels. Each funnel entry provides the following information:

  • Name: The name of the funnel.
  • Author: Who created the funnel.
  • Created at: The date and time the funnel was created.
  • Actions: Options to edit, view, delete, or perform other actions related to the funnel.

Creating a New Funnel

To create a new sales funnel:

  1. Click on the Add New button at the top of the Funnels page.
  2. You will be prompted to enter details for the new funnel, such as its name and specific settings related to your sales process.

Managing Funnel Status

Funnels can be active or inactive:

  • To activate or deactivate a funnel, locate the funnel on the list and click the toggle under the Actions column.
  • An Inactive label next to the funnel name indicates that the funnel is not currently active.

Editing a Funnel

If you need to modify a funnel:

  1. Find the funnel you wish to edit.
  2. Click on the three dots under the Actions column to reveal a dropdown menu.
  3. Select Edit to modify the funnel’s settings.

Alternatively, you can click on the funnel name to edit it.

Importing and Exporting Funnels

SellKit enables you to import or export funnels for backup purposes or to use on different websites.

  • To Import a funnel, click the Import button, and follow the instructions to upload a funnel file.
  • To Export a funnel, select the desired funnel(s) and click the Export all button to download the funnel data.

Deleting a Funnel

To remove a funnel that you no longer need:

  1. Click on the three dots under the Actions column next to the funnel you want to delete.
  2. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Accessing Funnel Analytics

To check the performance of a funnel, click on the Analytics icon next to the three dots.
