How to ask for a refund?
We offer a full refund to anyone that asks for it within 30 days of their purchase, no questions asked.
To apply for a refund please follow these steps:
- Login to your account.
- Create a new ticket from this link.
- Click on what do you need help with drop-down and select refund.
- Click on Would you like tell us the reason for a refund drop-down and select your reason
- You can also explain more about your refund request in the text area.
- Click on the Submit button.
Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals.
