How to ask for a refund?

We offer a full refund to anyone that asks for it within 30 days of their purchase, no questions asked.

To apply for a refund please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Create a new ticket from this link.
  3. Click on what do you need help with drop-down and select refund.
  4. Click on Would you like tell us the reason for a refund drop-down and select your reason
  5. You can also explain more about your refund request in the text area.
  6. Click on the Submit button.

Refunds do not apply to upgrades or renewals.
