How to Manage Your Subscription's Auto-Renewal in Sellkit

That's why we've made it simple for you to disable or enable the auto-renewal feature for your subscription at any time. Whether you need to pause your plan or ensure uninterrupted service, follow these straightforward steps.

How to Disable Auto-Renewal

Disabling the auto-renewal feature will stop your subscription from automatically renewing at the end of its current term. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your Sellkit account.
  2. On the left sidebar, click on Subscriptions.
  3. In the Current Subscription section, find and click on the Cancel Plan button.
  4. You will be navigated to a new page. Here, click again on the Cancel Plan button.
  5. At this point, you may choose a reason for canceling your plan. This step is optional. You can either select a reason and click on the Submit button, or if you prefer not to state a reason, simply click on the No thanks button.

After completing these steps, you should see a cancel badge above your current plan, indicating that auto-renewal has been successfully disabled.

Note: Disabling auto-renewal does not cancel your current subscription immediately. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How to Enable Auto-Renewal

If you wish to continue your subscription without interruption, enabling auto-renewal is just as easy. Here are the steps:

  1. Log in to your Sellkit account.
  2. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on Subscriptions.
  3. In the Current Subscription section, look for and click on the Renew Plan button.
  4. On the following page, click on the Renew Plan button again to confirm.

Once your plan is successfully renewed, you should see an active badge above your current plan, indicating that auto-renewal has been enabled and your subscription will continue without interruption.

Success Tip: Keeping your auto-renewal enabled ensures that your Sellkit services remain uninterrupted, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Remember:

  • Disabling or enabling auto-renewal can be done at any point during your subscription term.
  • Changing your auto-renewal status will not affect the current term of your subscription; changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
