How to update your Sellkit account’s billing info/payment card

Keeping your billing information and payment card details up to date is crucial for uninterrupted service on SellKit. This guide will walk you through the process of updating your billing information and payment card details for your SellKit account.


  1. Sign in to Your Account: Begin by logging into your SellKit account. Enter your credentials on the login page to access your dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Subscriptions Section: Once you are on the dashboard, click on the Subscriptions link in the sidebar menu. This will take you to the subscriptions management area.

  1. Access the Billing Information: In the subscriptions management area, you will see your current plan details. Look for a section or link labeled Billing & Payment Method Information. Click on the button that says Stripe's Billing Portal to proceed.
  2. Review Your Current Billing Information: After entering the billing portal, you will see your current plan, payment method, and billing information. To update your payment method, look for the section labeled Payment Method.
  3. Add or Update Payment Method: To add a new payment card, click on the + Add payment method link. If you want to update an existing card, locate the card you want to update, click on the dotted menu button, and select Update.

  1. Enter New Payment Details: If adding a new card, you will need to provide the card number, expiry date, CVC, and billing country. Fill out the fields with the new card information.
