Managing Smart Notices

Smart Notices in SellKit are a powerful feature that allows you to communicate with your customers effectively. Whether you want to alert them about a sale, offer free shipping, or convey important information, Smart Notices make it simple and effective. Here's how to manage them.

Accessing Smart Notices

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. On the left sidebar, click on the SellKit menu.
  3. From the expanded SellKit menu, select Notices.

Creating a New Smart Notice

  1. Once you're in the Notices section, click on the Add New button at the top of the page.
  2. You'll be directed to a new page where you can create your notice.

Editing an Existing Smart Notice

  1. Find the Smart Notice you want to edit from the list.
  2. Hover over the Actions column corresponding to the notice you wish to change.
  3. Click on the Edit option from the dropdown menu to modify the notice.

Duplicating a Smart Notice

  1. To duplicate a notice, hover over the Actions column of the notice.
  2. Click on the Duplicate option to create a copy of the notice.
  3. You can then edit the duplicated notice to adjust it to your needs.

Deactivating a Smart Notice

  1. If you wish to temporarily disable a notice without deleting it, hover over the Actions column.
  2. Click on Deactivate. This will disable the notice, but it will remain in your list for later use.

Removing a Smart Notice

  1. To permanently delete a notice, hover over the Actions column.
  2. Click on the Remove option. Be careful, as this action cannot be undone.
