Tracking Discount Usage

SellKit keeps a record of each dynamic discount applied to customers, available under the Discounts tab. This discount history allows you to see which personalized discounts have been given out to which customers for each discount item. Accessing the Discounts Tab

To view the discount history for a specific dynamic discount item, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the SellKit sidebar menu in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Click on Discounts under the SellKit menu.
  3. Select the dynamic discount item you wish to analyze by clicking on it.
  4. Within the item's details page, locate and click on the Discounts tab at the top.

Understanding the Discount History Interface

The Discounts tab interface is straightforward and user-friendly. Here are the key components:

  • Customer: This column lists the email addresses of the customers who received the dynamic discount.
  • Order Total: This shows the total amount for each order after the discount has been applied. It helps you quickly understand how much revenue was generated from orders with the applied discounts.
  • Order: Here, you'll find the order numbers associated with the discounts.
  • Applied at: This timestamp tells you when the discount was applied to the order. It's essential for tracking when discounts are most effective and how they correlate with sales trends.
